A.The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

●Processing time: 2 business days

●Shipping time: 3-5 business days

B.Shipping method: UPS

C.Shipping fee: free


Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery. Please rest assured that our team continues to dispatch products daily in line with the recommended safety precautions. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Check Your Order and Shipment

You can track your order after email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.

Ownership, Terms and Risk

We will dispatch the order within two business days EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct. Once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it to another address or withdraw its shipping.

Note

Please do not provide a PO Box address, as express delivery services can’t deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please consider that your order can’t be cancelled if it has already been shipped, which means that you have received the tracking number or your order status is set to completed. If you refuse delivery after the package is shipped from SMONET due to force majeure events, please refer to our return and refund policies. You will be asked to pay for the original shipping fees.  

Please note that you will be required to sign for your package. If the delivery company can’t contact you, you have the responsibility to contact them to re-dispatch your parcel. We don’t take the responsibility for extra fees which are a result of the re-dispatch or returning of your purchase.  

When you receive the parcel, please check whether all the items are in good condition. If any of the items you bought is damaged at the point of delivery, you have the right to refuse the goods. Please inform the courier of your refusal reasons.
